Description: |
|||
Given the state of current global COVID-19 pandemic, CPHR BC & Yukon has organized a webinar to help our HR professionals navigate the added stress and anxiety on everyday life, not only in supporting their organizations, but for themselves as well. The session will focus on self-care, care for others, working remotely (including leading teams), and common behaviors that can show up during a pandemic. The intention is to both acknowledge current state and to provide top tips to stay connected and maintain health and well-being during these times. In addition, Sean will also share advice on how mental health can be integrated and better aligned to broader Benefits, I&D and business strategies. Learn key tips for participants and their organizations that can be applied during a pandemic but also can be used in any significant change or business continuity impact.
