Description: |
||
This webinar will begin with a discussion of corporate trustworthiness and characteristics of trustworthy leaders before diving into applicable tools and skill building. Attendees can expect a candid and applicable discussion on the ways in which trust is eroded and built, incorporating the unique circumstances that we face as we learn to work and communicate remotely in a time of heightened uncertainty and unease. Attendees will emerge better equipped to build trust in their own work relationships, and to support their leaders and employees as they build trust among their teams, no matter where they work! |
